ask me a question

I am a psychoanalytically trained psychotherapist committed to creating a thoughtful and supportive space where meaningful exploration can take place. My work is grounded in the belief that lasting change comes from understanding the deeper connections between our past and present—how early experiences continue to shape our emotions, relationships, and sense of self.

In our work together, I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. I meet each patient where they are, integrating psychoanalytic understanding with other evidence-based methods, including cognitive-behavioral (CBT) techniques when appropriate. My aim is to help you feel seen, understood, and safe enough to speak openly about whatever feels difficult or confusing.

Therapy with me is an active and collaborative process. I listen closely, engage thoughtfully, and help you put words to what may have previously felt unclear or unspeakable. Together, we work toward insight and self-understanding that allow for more freedom in your choices, relationships, and emotional life. I believe the answers you seek already exist within you—and my role is to help you uncover and trust them.
