Elizabeth McBride

MHC

An empathetic therapist who helps you navigate your life.

Therapy can be an overwhelming and vulnerable experience. My hope is to provide a space where you can feel comfortable exploring your inner world so that we can figure out how to help you feel better and get what you want. Sessions with me feel supportive and will inspire you to better understand yourself in order to help you create change.

Together, we will explore your story both past and present, to gain insight and better understand why you do the things you do and think the way you think. Along the way you will learn appropriate tools that will help you address behaviors and thoughts that are getting in the way of feeling your best.

Elizabeth obtained her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling with a focus in clinical therapy and also completed a one year post graduate program in psychotherapy. Elizabeth is committed to ongoing growth as a therapist thus she participates in ongoing educational development at The Training Institute for Mental Health in Psychoanalysis.
