An empathetic therapist who really digs in

I believe deeply in the power of personalized care. Every individual and couple comes to therapy with their own history, strengths, and challenges, and I see my role as working closely alongside you to tailor the process to your specific needs and goals. Therapy is not “one-size-fits-all,” and together we will create a path that feels supportive, meaningful, and right for you.

My approach is grounded in warmth, empathy, and non-judgment. I strive to create a safe and open space where you feel heard, respected, and deeply understood. In our work together, we will explore both the present and the past, making connections that help you better understand your feelings, patterns, and relationships. My goal is to help you uncover new ways of relating to yourself and others, so that you can experience greater clarity, resilience, and fulfillment.

I work with both individuals and couples who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, narcissistic relationships/family members, pregnancy issues or challenges at work; those struggling with low self-esteem, difficulty with life transitions, or attachment-related concerns, parenting and those who may be carrying the weight of past trauma or simply feeling stuck and uncertain about the next step forward. Whatever you may be going through, I see therapy as a collaborative journey where we can hold space for both pain and possibility.

I am especially passionate about helping people strengthen their inner voice, find deeper meaning in their lives, and build more authentic and fulfilling relationships. Therapy can be a place not only to address difficulties, but also to nurture growth and self-compassion.

I graduated Cum Laude from Bucknell University before going on to earn my Master of Social Work from New York University. Currently, I am in my fourth year of post-graduate psychoanalytic training at the Metropolitan Institute for Training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (MITPP), where I receive extensive training in psychoanalytic theory, technique, and clinical practice. This rigorous training deeply informs my therapeutic work, allowing me to integrate insight, compassion, and thoughtful technique into every session.
