An empathetic therapist who really digs in
I believe in the importance of personalized care; as I work closely with each patient, we will tailor therapy to your circumstances and goals. Using a non-judgmental and empathic approach to understand your unique experiences and challenges, we will work together to improve your well-being.
I create a safe space to openly explore the past and present to help you better understand your feelings, relationships, and inner conflicts. I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, job issues, relationship conflicts, low self-esteem, coping with past trauma, attachment issues, having difficulty with life transitions, or simply feeling stuck.
